Every piece has its own size, weight, and handling needs. Delivery options and costs are discussed before arrangements are finalized, so you know what to expect.
SHIPPING & PICKUP
Shipping availability depends on the artwork. Some pieces can be shipped, while others are offered for local pickup only because of their size, weight, or delicate details.
Check the individual artwork listing for delivery information. If you’re interested in a piece, include its name and your delivery ZIP code when contacting me.
For custom commissions, please mention shipping needs during our initial discussion so they can be considered alongside the design.
SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
Packaging and shipping are quoted separately from the artwork unless your quote states otherwise.
Costs depend on the finished piece’s dimensions, weight, destination, and protective packaging requirements. Framing and projecting details may also affect how a piece needs to be packed.
Please request a delivery quote before committing to a purchase if shipping cost will affect your decision.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING COSTS
Local pickup is available by appointment in the Navarre, Florida area. The pickup location and time will be arranged directly after your purchase or commission is ready.
Bring a vehicle with enough space to transport your piece securely. For larger artwork, we’ll discuss dimensions and handling needs before pickup.
Keep the artwork supported during transport, and avoid placing other items against its sculpted surface.
LOCAL PICK-UP
For custom commissions, a 50% deposit reserves your place in the production schedule after you approve the design, quote, and estimated schedule.
The remaining balance, plus applicable packaging and shipping charges, is due before pickup or shipment. For available artwork, payment is due in full before release.
Production time and delivery time are separate. Your estimated completion window will be discussed before booking, and shipment or pickup will be arranged once the piece is ready.
If you have a particular deadline, please mention it in your initial inquiry. Carrier delivery estimates can vary, so allow additional time when planning for a gift or event.
PAYMENT & TIMING
Unpack your artwork carefully, supporting the frame or solid backing rather than lifting it by individual hardwood components or delicate details.
Check the piece and packaging when it arrives. If you notice damage, keep all packaging and contact me promptly with clear photographs of the artwork, the damaged area, and the outside and inside of the package.
